The Bachelor of Arts in Education with its technically versatile compatible range of studies allows a professionally qualifying and scientific education. The students work in small study groups and tutorials and, with the help of a learning management system, are able to learn and work effectively and in a pleasant atmosphere.
Study groups, Service Learning and scientific projects of students are the elements of the diversely modified modules, which pave the way for a solid education. The students also have the possibility to acquire intercultural, communicative and organizational competencies. Furthermore, the University of Würzburg offers interdisciplinary options when choosing and combining minor subjects. The course of studies for the Bachelor in Education comprises six semesters and leads to a practice-oriented degree for various and diverse areas of educational practice and work. Subsequently, there is the possibility to acquire the Master’s degree (M.A.) in Educational Science, and in addition to this, the chance to do a doctorate as part of the Würzburg Graduate School.
